The whole day, he treated his tastebuds with delicious foods. But once he returned home, he relished Dal Bhat—a plate of basmati rice with moong-dal welcomed him with their sweet aroma. When he sprinkled a few drops of lemon, the refreshing fragrance made him feel alive, removing all his stress of the day.
The dal-bhat offered him a celebration of the mundaneness with the zest of life.
