The mist surrounds me
Chokes me slowly
Dragging me to the deep
Where I see
The mist is mirroring me
As if, I am asleep.
I can’t escape the prison;
I try hard yet fall in the trap everytime
Until the moment arrives
When the prism reflects the light
And the truth beckons
As I break the illusion.

A door inside another door

    Internal struggles and confusion surround us like a bottomless pit. The way you use the prism and light—not just light itself—gives a different opening. The resolution offers help through a medium, perhaps representing part of our mind working to rescue us. Your poems connect with readers, making the experience truly enjoyable.

    All the best.
