The moment when the darkness leaves and the light arrives, the hour before the crimson aura appears in the sky, a star is born from the darkness’s womb, as an offering to the light of light. But the star is believed to be cursed and destined to be freed only when it meets someone carrying an aura – an aura of his own.

Yamini was such a star, a star born from darkness. She was waiting for the day when she would be freed from the curse. Not everyone could see her beauty, for she revealed it to only those who believed in her purity. Those who believed that she was not cursed, but a blessing to the earth. A blessing to those who failed to see the truth in the light, as they were waiting for a moment in their lives when the darkness would offer them the light in the dark and lead them toward the ultimate truth.

Yamini lived in the dense forest. She spent her days with music, dance, and poetry. She wrote poetry with the stars, and they fell on the ground, transforming into fresh buds of

Jasmine. Slowly, they woke up from sleep, bloomed, and filled her garden with their sweet fragrance. But she didn’t want Vivaswan to read her verses, so the flowers disappeared when the first ray of the Sun touched the feet of the earth.

Every day when he fell asleep at the hour of dusk, slowly, silently, Yamini unveiled herself and came to the earth. She promised her mother not to be present when he was awake, for he was the one who freed her from the curse she was born with. She was told that if her face had been seen by him, she would bring back the curse to her life once again.

Though she never came in front of him, she saw his aura at the moment she was being freed from the curse. The moment came like a blessing to her life.
