Vivaswan was sent to the Gurukul at the age of nine, and today, after twelve years spent at the ashram, he was returning home. He emerged as a wise nobleman whom everyone admired and abided by because he was a man of the rare combination of intelligence, innocence, and bravery.
His eyes were like the lotus floating on the river, filled with affection for everyone. His heart was full of compassion for everyone on earth. His nature was calm, dignified, and humble.
But he was renowned in the ashram and wherever he went with his teachers and other disciples of the ashram for his blazing radiance. Not everyone was able to stand in front of him; not everyone was able to talk to him, as he had a blazing aura around his body that made him look different from others. The radiance only stayed with him until the Sun disappeared from the sky.
And because of that blazing aura, Yamini came to know about Vivaswan’s presence in the forest.
It was the first hour of dawn. Her visit to the earth was about to end. She was preparing to take the final round of immersion in the river water and then return to her abode.
At that divine moment of dawn, she saw an aura covering the forest. Yamini paused for a moment. She wanted to wait to see the one with the heavenly illumination arrive at the riverside.
The moment Vivaswan arrived there, his blazing radiance burnt her body and soul. With that holy bath of fire, Yamini washed away her curse, the year-long darkness, and became an epitome of purity and grace.
It seemed like a Goddess was born from the sacrificial fire.
