Vivaswan was thinking of the moon-clad girl whom he met last night. He spent most of his life dedicating himself to learning scriptures and mantras and earning ancient wisdom. He was told by his teachers that they would all help him worship God. The more he learned the acts of worship, the more he would receive God’s blessings in return, as He would be pleased by his devotion.
But what was the way of devotion he had just learned last night? There were no ingredients for the worship ritual, but he felt an utmost sense of devotion through that melodious song and the mellifluous voice. The sight he witnessed in the forest, the full moon night, and the reflection of a heavenly sight – everything was captured in his heart’s eyes, and he couldn’t forget them even after entering the village. Did he learn the purest form of devotion from that unknown singer? What was her way of worshipping? How would he reach his purpose following that path?
“Surrender. Sacrifice. Devote”, someone whispered.

Her voice echoed in the forest.
