Finding your zone of bliss

Day 26

Word of the day: Zone

Finding a zone where you feel calm, you feel content from within, is an important thing in life. You live in your home and with your family members. You also spend a long time at your workplace, with your colleagues. When you travel to different places, sometimes, you may feel a connection with the place. This happens because that place has some vibes that makes a connection between your soul and the place. Today, we will talk about finding inner peace being one with your favorite place.

Here begins your day of finding your zone of bliss.

The task of the day:
At first, calm your mind. Be still. Then, observe your home and find a place where you can feel a peaceful connection.
After finding that corner of your home, come to that place and sit.
Relax your body and close you eyes. Breathe in and breathe out. Do it for several times. Feel the connection with the place.
Then, gently open your eyes and look around. Observe closely few things that you love in that place.
Feel the calm in your mind. Be still. Be peaceful.

Quote of the day:

Wherever you wander in the search of your story, the first chapter begins from your very own place where resides your soul.

– the saffron storyteller

Affirmations of the day:
I feel calm, I feel peaceful. I had a beautiful time with myself, walking with peace and calm. My stress has reduced, my anxiety has reduced. I feel fresh. I feel blissful.

Write in your journal:
Today you need to write about the things that you observed in that place. You can also pen down the reason why you like to be in that place. How you discovered a beautiful connection between yourself and that place. Whatever you felt and discovered, just write it down. It’s all about your experience, write it in your own way.

The last step of this process:
Before you leave the place, assure yourself by saying:
“Today, I found some time from the rush of life to spend some blissful moments with myself. I discovered to quiet my mind in a blissful way. It helps to heal the mind, body, and soul. I embraced peace and calm with all my heart. I will let this state of bliss stay with me for the whole day. I will come back tomorrow with a new purpose and try to learn a new way of living mindfully.

I am here to receive more peace and more calm in my life.”

This is all for today. Though this series comes to an end today, I will come back once again with a new way of mindful living on my blog. Till then, be still, be calm, be mindful.
