You love to travel. You love to explore places in the world. But, do you know you hide a place in your heart that’s still unexplored? There is still a corner in your home that’s unnoticed?
Sometimes, you need to take a pause and a momentary escape from the noise around, and be a mindful observer to explore your inner self. So that you can find some beautiful truths about yourself and make peace with that.
You also need to explore your home, your garden, and find out some lonely corner around. So that you can spend some time with yourself and be a mindful observer.
While observing them mindfully, you will spend a good time being in nature. That will help you in finding peace of mind. So, today we will talk about exploring and having a small adventure.
Here begins your day of exploring.

The task of the day:
Today’s task is to give yourself a chance to get explore your inner self and get to know her in a closer way. Try to discover out a strange fact about yourself, and be happy with that. You can try to find some humorous fact that can make you laugh on your silly behavior. Appreciate your stupidity and laugh. Laugh a lot.
Discover something about you and your journey so far that can make you proud of yourself. Be proud of yourself.
Discover something that can restore your faith in yourself.
Discover a lonely corner of your home and observe few things there. Make a note about your recent discoveries.
Quote of the day:
Explore your inner self. You may find some hidden gems there.
– the saffron storyteller
Affirmations of the day:
Today, I feel calm, I feel content. I have discovered some beautiful truths about my life. I explored my inner self, I explored my home and I found some hidden beauties there.
And I realized, they make my way towards finding inner calm and peace.
I feel blessed as I spent some time with them.
Write in your journal:
Today, you have to write all the discoveries that you had in this journey. All that you discovered about yourself, about your life, and your home, just write in your journal.
If you notice mindfully, a common place will appear to you with some unnoticed things or you will be able to notice something that was previously unknown to you. Write everything that you discovered today and write them in a storytelling way so that it seems like you are telling a story about your great adventures to yourself.
The last step of this process:
Before you leave the place, assure yourself by saying: “Today, I feel peaceful. I have gathered clarity about my vision for life.
I have learned some beautiful truths of life. I have found some beautiful answers that will add more value in my life. I will come back tomorrow with a new purpose and try to learn a new way of living mindfully.
I am here to receive more peace and more calm in my life.”
This is all for today. We will come back here tomorrow once again with a new way of mindful living. Till then, be still, be calm, be mindful.
